this song is just so darn happy, and for some reason it gets me super excited about summer adventures!
i thought it would be a great kick-off for the month of june, which is incidentally also my birthday month!

"girl in the war" by josh ritter

working on christmas eve is awful. we're the busiest we've been in a year, we'll probably be here til 5 or so, we'll probably have to work a full day friday, and we'll probably be bringing work home with us as well :( i haven't had any time do any christmas shopping because this month has been horrible. oh well, tonight we get to eat wonderful food, spend time with family, and most importantly: FORGET ABOUT WORK! i hope everyone has a wonderful christmas and stay safe and warm!
