hi peeps!
sorry i've been so bad at doing
long pretty posts lately.
i've actually, somehow, injured my back
which has made sitting in a hard,
wooden chair all day and evening kind of difficult.
i have been working on some things (a.k.a. the pictures from the below shoot),
but it's been a sort of slow process.
and tonight, i have a softball game and
i can just imagine how painful swinging a bat
and throwing a ball will be for my poor back :(
i may have to set up an appointment
for a long, deep-tissue massage.
and maybe a pedicure.
i hear those help with back pain. right? ;)
i'm 23 years old.
i feel like my body is already starting
to fall apart.
what gives?!
something where i'm NOT complaining.
but, maybe you guys can help me with something.
i'm on the search for some cute dresses/skirts for fall!
everywhere i've looked, so far, just has those
super short, t-shirt-dresses that won't
really be something
i can get away with at work.
where do you buy your dresses?
i would love some recommendations :)
elsie, from a beautiful mess, posted
about this girl, piksi, the other day,
and i just fell in love with her look.
what do you think??

my favorite dresses are all from anthropologie, which is super expensive, or etsy, which is super affordable! i love vintage dresses.
ReplyDeleteBack pain is horrible Maddie... have you ever thought about swimming? Swimming is supposed to be really good for the back. I suffer from pinched nerves every once in a while and it's hell.
ReplyDeleteI love your little pebble heart and when it comes to cute vintage-like dresses I like Anthropologie (the sale section is very sell stocked) and EstateSale is one of my favorite Etsy shops. I think it's very affordable for vintage?
I hear pedicures are very good for the back. I also hear they are good for the soul. I'm in!
ReplyDeleteHey Maddie, try tulle4us.com. Apparently they have 90% off sales the beginning of every month.
ReplyDeleteBe careful with the deep tissue massage! A friend of mine just hurt his back and then he had a massage and the doctor said it probably made it worse.
ReplyDeleteOf course a massage will help!... You just need the right therapist!
